The WRA Lifting System is a lifting insert system designed for lifting and handling precast concrete elements, such as walls, beams, slabs and pipes. The system is easy and fast to use with no system-specific lifting key needed. It also has a special heavy-duty product range.
The WRA Lifting Insert System consists of a wire-rope WRA Lifting Insert permanently anchored into the precast element. Once the concrete has sufficient strength and the formwork is removed, the insert in the precast element may be directly attached with the crane hooks. The wire rope loop can be cut off or covered in concrete after the lifting of the element has been completed.
The WRA Lifting System is CE-marked according to the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The WRA Lifting System is available in standard sizes up to 25 tons. Special sizes up to 99 tons are available upon request. Standard WRA Lifting Inserts are only permitted for straight and angled pull at up to 45° as the heavy-duty sizes are for straight pull at up to 30°. All WRA Lifting Inserts include a color-coded tag with an individual serial number.
Metrics h and w can vary due to the flexibility of the rope. All WRA Anchors are zinc coated.
